Career Qualifications Midwest Indian Mission, Inc. is looking for missionaries called to lifetime commitment. They are responsible to raise full financial support. Perspective missionaries should have: One or more years of college-level Bible training, encouraged but not necessary Experience in Christian service through a church or ministry A doctrinal position in agreement with Midwest Indian Mission, Inc. The Personality, maturity and temperment appropriate to missionary service and skills for their ministry	Summer or Short-Term Qualifications Summer or short-term workers serve from two months to two years. The program provides opportunity in both cross-culture and youth camp ministries. Summer and short-term workers are also responsible to raise their full financial support. Summer and short-term missionaries must have: Experience in Christian service A doctrinal position in agreement with Midwest Indian Mission, Inc. The personality, maturity and temperance appropriate to missionary service, and The skills necessary for their assigned responsibility
