Easter services were well attended with a breakfast starting out the day. The children look forward to the resurrection egg sermon. One of the children hides the 12 eggs. They remember well the story of Easter and the one who finds the empty egg is concerned at first but then realizes that He is Risen!
The youth group has had two Indian Taco sales at the church raising money for their summer trips. They also had an additional sale at the Mole Lake Church. They have done a great job representing themselves. They are close to their goal of $3,000.
Don continues to preach through II Corinthians each Sunday morning.
Our Wednesday Bible study is over until the fall now. We ended our last Wednesday with a cookout. It has been good to meet together and grow in the Word.
We are looking forward to the summer activities which include a church soft ball team. What a great time of fellowship and representing our church here on the reservation.
